4.1 You may be required to register and create an Education Vet account to access certain features.
4.2 You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4.3 You are responsible for all activities under your account. Unauthorized sharing of login credentials is prohibited. 

5. Course Access and Enrollment

5.1 Access to course content begins only after payment is completed and accepted.
5.2 All course access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing access with others is prohibited.
5.3 We may modify, update, or change course content at any time without prior notice. 

6. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

6.1 Prices for courses are clearly displayed on the site before purchase.
6.2 Payment must be made in the accepted currency and by the methods specified.
6.3 Your purchase constitutes acceptance of the price and terms.
6.4 Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the Refund Policy. 

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on this site is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws of Croatia.
7.2 You are granted a limited license to view and use course materials for personal learning only.
7.3 Reproduction, distribution, adaptation, publishing, or transmitting any part of the course materials for commercial use is prohibited without written license from Education Vet. 

8. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials without permission.
• Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Interfere with the operation of the Services or other users’ access. 

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 The Services and content are provided “as is” without any warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
9.2 Education Vet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages derived from your use of the site or course materials.
9.3 Your sole remedy, where permitted by Croatian law, will be refund of the fee paid for the specific course (if eligible). 

10. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, store, and use personal data. By agreeing to these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

11. Amendments to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on EducationVet.com and will become effective immediately on posting. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, where Education Vet is operated. 

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms and any documents expressly incorporated by reference constitute the entire agreement between you and Education Vet regarding your use of the Services.
